Case Study: Batch Delivery of Hardened-Gear Reducers for a Mining Conveyor
ZSY-series hardened-gear reducers for a large coal-mine belt conveyor have been delivered and are running smoothly with normal temperature rise.
In Q2, Qinxu supplied ZSY three-stage hardened-gear reducers for the main-shaft belt conveyor of a large coal mine.
For dusty underground conditions, continuous operation, and high startup loads, the design reinforced the sealing system, lubrication system, and gear material: double oil seals plus labyrinth seals, cooling coils in the housing, and 20CrMnMo carburized gears.
After delivery, the reducers operated for more than 2,000 hours with measured noise below 78 dB and normal temperature rise.
